Haddington Infant School

We were lucky with the weather and we all had great fun.  Thank you to all the parents and carers who came to support this event.  The races included-

Obstacle Race
Well done Tyne House for winning the P3 finale!

Marjorie and Jerry gave us some very tasty exotic fruit to taste, it was yummy
Carol gave us some very useful information about oral health which will help keep our teeth healthy

We had Streetjammin’ session, they were great fun and everybody enjoyed it, even the teachers!
The children also had great fun at judo.

Several classes enjoyed funky fitness sessions with Mrs Black - it was hard work but lots of fun.  Thank you Mrs Black!

We kicked off health week with a session of aerobics for the nursery and P1 classes.  Parents were invited to join us and we were delighted that some brave parents did so.  Our thanks go to Mrs Laing for running this.

Class 2/2 went to Innerwick for a residential trip  yesterday.  We went to the woods in John Muir Park and explored lots of different animals.  We splashed in the sea at the beach - it was brilliant!  We learned facts about John Muir at his birth place in Dunbar.  We were starving by the time [...]

Congratulations to our nursery for winning the cup for the best float at the Haddington Festival.  Many, many thanks to the children, parents and staff for all their hard work.
