Just back from field work in Cardigan Bay.  I’ll write something later but in the meantime, here’s one for Tess

    Oh well, seeing as you’re all so interested, I’ll have to tell you. It’s Sabellaria alveolata or honeycomb worm, which forms reefs on shores all round Cardigan Bay - and elsewhere but, apart from the Solway, not in Scotland. My plans to write a little post about the week’s fieldwork have somewhat fallen by the wayside I’m afraid.
