This blog is a link to the day-to-day work of the education ICT team.

We already publish a regular ICT Newsletter in hardcopy and by email. There’s an on-line version, too, at the eduictnews blog, where news stories are gathered as they happen.

The Newsletter provides an easy-to-digest monthly overview. It’s intended for people who need to keep in touch with what’s happening, but don’t need the details.

This blog’s different. This is a place for you if you’re actively exploiting ICT in schools from day to day, and need more detail. We’re aiming to answer questions like:

• What do the team do, and who does what?
• What new things can I try out?
• What’s the best way to…?
• Who’s doing what with ICT?

• Where are there known problems? How can I work round them?

Of course, it’s a blog and that means it’s a two way conversation. As far as possible, everything will be open to feedback using the blog comments.
