I look forward to hearing what comes from it. I think providing these opportunities for staff across the sectors is helping generate a sense of shared goals and vision dare I say it! You may have covered this with your other points, but a suggestion: " Describe how all stakeholders will participate in building the vision for the school" The conference programme looks great.
