If you've got the student edition (and i assume the same works with the flipchart viewer) you can change how many slides are on one page changing the column and row counts when you press print, the preview button makes this easier. 
Alternately with the Student edition you could copy and paste the questions onto one flipchart page and then print that one slide out. 
Another way of doing it would be to copy and paste the questions onto a word document.
