Today we went to callendar house to do with world war 2. We got to get dressed up as evacuees.I had to put on a wooly bonnet and a wooly cardigan , all the girls did.The boy had to put on a wooly tank top and a bonnet they were really itchy. We also had to get our tags with our name postcard with our names on them ,pretended we are on a train,moving to the country and collected our gas masks.Then we went in to a room with a lady and she showed us some things what would have been used in the war it was excellent.  !!!!!!!!!

We read our easter bunny stories to the primary ones. Yesterday i think they really enjoyed them.At the end we asked them what there best part was, they said the bit when they had to find the eggs.

   The Easter Bunny

Every year at Easter a bunny hides Easter eggs.They have a competion to see who can find the eggs.Whoever finds the most eggs wins the competion.There are 20 eggs.There was this one rabbit called Roger.He entered every year but never won.So his mum said to him,”If you want to win try and eat more carrots.” Then Roger said,”Mum i eat 5 carrots a day and that is part of my 5 a day.” So Roger entered the competion and on the day,Mr Teeth said 3…2…1 go.So all the rabbits ran and started looking for the eggs. Roger was running as fast as he could.He found one egg and kept on running.Before the race finished roger had 15 eggs.The horn went and then they counted the eggs and they shouted we have a winner.The winner is Roger.Roger was so happy.So he went home and said,”Mum Mum i won the competion.”Then Roger’s Mum said,” Well done Roger I knew you could do it.”So Roger got to hold the competions from now on.Roger always told the kid Rabbits if you want to win eat all your fruit and vegtables.
