Next term, we’re going to be learning all about Australia. I don’t know vey much yet ….. but all the advice from 07 allstars our class has been given is great. We’ll be making a start in a couple of weeks and I’ll post regularly about all the things we learn!
Today we went to Callendar House as a school trip, it was great fun. We dressed up in really ichy costumes. All the girls wore a bonnet and a cardigain and the boys wore a balaclava and a tank top. The man helping us act out gave us a Identification card and a tag for round your neck. The other part of the trip was where we were given real object from the war. Some of the items were part of bombs, hand grenades , gas masks and loads of other really cool things!
We have finally finished counting the money for the trail that we made to make money for comic relief and we made £515. It took us along time to count it that is why the post is so late.
We had a party yesterday afternoon to say goodbye and thank you to Miss Goodsir. She has been in our class for over two months now and she taught us lots of new things. She’s going back to university for a few weeks and then she’ll qualify as a teacher. We think she’ll be a great teacher! And we will miss her!
