This is where we’ll post up evaluations of the latest courses. Hopefully this will help to inform you when making decisions about what staff development you’d like to undertake.
As a taster of what will be put on the site, see below for information about one of our most popular courses - the management development programme (being rechristened the Leadership Development Programme this year).

After this course you have several options - you could consider the SQH programme or you may like to continue developing your skills by attending our management seminars. You will see from the comments that many staff would like to further develop their leadership by attending a coaching skills course. We run a Coach Development Programme and details of this can be found in the CPD brochure.
