We have big plans for these pages, but they can only happen with input from you! So please feel free to blog away.
The Parent Blog can and will (with your support) be used in a number of ways.
Over the coming weeks, we will inform PARENTS AND CARERS of what’s going on at the Parent Council and a whole host of exciting up and coming events.
But before you switch off, be prepared to read on and be amazed. This will not be solely about boring meetings and school policy, it’s about us.
The Parent Blog is there to create a wider Campie community - set up groups, advertise events and to bring people involved with the school closer together.
- If anyone would like to set up a running group - now’s your chance to tell everyone on the BLOG.
- Are old toys piling up? Or cots, kids’ cars, you know what we mean. Let’s set up our own RECYCLE FOR FREE scheme.
- Anyone organising a disco, race night, performing in a show, spread the word our MESSAGE BOARD.
Get the picture? It’s all coming soon!
And don’t worry if you’re a computer dinosaur - it’s easy!This should be simple and fun and ALL ABOUT US. A few parents have volunteered to monitor the Blog, and add school stuff and more besides, but we are really looking for the Blog to generate itself, so take that as an open invitation to express your news and views.
Blogs are about communities and we intend to make more of the Campie community at large.

I’ve switched on the Event Calendar and added an entry for the School Fair. It’s just another post.
Use the “Event Editor” bit - right at the bottom of the Write Post screen - to add a start and end times and dates, and your post will automagically appear in the Event Calendar.
