Here is some audio about what P6 children in Haddington think about ‘Being Cool.’

Or why not read what they wrote and read the link under ‘Blogrolls’ at the side.

Welcome to the Being Cool in School East Lothian Blogging Site.
My idea was that teachers can share information about how they are implementing ‘Cool in School’ in their school, share ideas and support each other.
My name is Angus McEwan and I recently became a ‘Being Cool in School Trainer.’ This means I can take Parent and Staff training sessions about ‘Being Cool.’
I currently work in King’s Meadow Primary, Haddington. In my school we have just finished teaching Units 1-5 of the Upper School Pack to our 4 P6 classes and it has been well received.
We will be teaching the rest of the pack after the Easter Holidays.
Last night, I presented my first Parents/Staff Talk at Yester Primary to tell them about the pack before they start teaching it after the holidays. It appeared to go down well, and I would like to thank Dorothy Hilsley and her staff for the opportunity to do this.
What are your plans for ‘Being Cool?’ Or if you have taught it, how has it been received?
