The Athelstaneford Mural

Our Eco group and health group have been working hard over the last year to improve our school playground.

We bought new bins, new planters for flowers and vegetables then Ms Lewis arranged for an artist Laura to come into school and help us create a mural. The mural brightens up our top playground. We chose to celebrate Scotland and Athelstaneford in our mural. Mr Walker our minister officially opened the mural yesterday.

I think the murals are great and really brighten up the playground.

Your mural looks great, Laura came and helped us make a mural at Pencaitland Primary too, and it really brightens up our corridor.
