ACfE In Action

Last week we were talking about basic needs and how although we don’t need friends to survive life would be very boring, lonely and sad without them.

On Wednesday the class thought about how we are all friends even though we are different - but this makes life interesting! We all made a page for a class book - it had a portrait of each face and 2 sentences about our likes and dislikes. We have then left the rest of the page blank for a surprise!!

Sam and Marcus then made a front and back cover for the book. They decided to type a front cover and we spent a great deal of time thinking about the right font and words. They then drew pictures to illustrate the cover.

Last week we also wrote letters to Musselburgh Police Station asking if we could go there for a visit - fingers crossed! We want to see what it is like if you do not follow rules and have to go to the police station!
