P2 had a fabulous visit to Gosford House yesterday as part of our topic learning about Then and Now. We also enjoyed walking there and back in warm, dry weather! We learnt so much and want to thank Mrs Lee for showing us round and demonstrating so many interesting things so that we could see what it was like to live in such a grand house in days gone by. Thank you to all the mums who came with us and made the trip possible!

I loved the chinese bed the best and the other bed and the old mirror that looked very old. My mum wished she could see it but most of all she loved the video of our trip.

Wow. It looks like you had a great trip Primary 2. I’ve been to Gosford House before but didn’t see all the lovely things that you did. I bet you would like to live in a house like that.
