With P5/6 and P6/7 away at rehearsals this afternoon, P4/5 invited P3 to join them for Games Afternoon. Next year the current P3′s will be joining the senior pupils each week for Games, so this was a chance for them to have a ‘taster’ session. All the activites had an athletics focus. Groups of 4 children were given a task card and had to assemble the equipment they needed to set up their stations and follow the instructions for the activity. Each group then moved on through a variety of stations.
Everyone enjoyed the afternoon – and the sun shone too!
