P5/6 Victorian Play

P5/6 have been sharing some of what they have learned about Victorian life with P4/5.

Pupils worked with Miss Blackford last term to produce their play. First of all, they improvised sketches about the life of Victoria, the lives of the rich and poor, street scenes and life in a Victorian school.

Gradually, the actors agreed upon a script for each scene. Finally, a script was written for the narrators to explain more facts to the audience.

P4/5 were an excellent audience, and we all agreed that we had a very entertaining and informative afternoon!
