On Monday we had a visit from the SPCA. The lady’s name was Amiela and she talked about the SPCA and how people are hurting animals. She also talked about things we can do to help farmers. Don’t stand on the farmer’s crops, don’t let your dog off the lead, don’t drop litter in the field and remember to close the gates. After that we got an animal on a bit of paper and a checklist and we had to answer questions about the animal. Then we played guess who with animal cards on them. We learned a lot and had great fun.

What a lovely surprise I had just now to see that the blog is back in use again! I thought that because I was off school there wouldn’t be a chance for you to post up all the exciting things you are doing. How wrong I was! Well done Mr Lloyd and Mrs Hilsley for getting the blog up and running for you. And a special well done to you, Emily, and you, Rebecca, for writing such an interesting post. I was disappointed to miss the talk from the SSPCA but now I have found out all the key facts which you learnt. Great. In fact, toptastic.
